Comic Con Dortmund 2024 – impressions and some silly fun

Armed with a plunger, we headed to Comic Con 2024 in Dortmund! Germany’s biggest pop culture convention once again attracted thousands of cosplayers, movie and series fans, as well as comic lovers to the Westfalenhallen Dortmund.

Our vlog adventure started right at the entrance, where we grabbed our wristbands. It was clear from the start: the vibe was awesome! Everywhere we looked, there were elaborate cosplay costumes, impressive merch booths, and tons of movie & series props.

Besides countless merchandise booths, there was also a live battle arena where we got to experience intense fights staged right on the stage – a real highlight!

But that wasn’t all:

• Cosplay stars from all over the world showcased their epic costumes.
• Movie and TV actors were available for autographs and photos.
• Jacky took the chance to get a new tattoo — though I think it still needs a little dude with a shield added! 😆

A special highlight was our meetup with WeAreGhostbustersGermany! Of course, we couldn’t resist giving Rolli_Cosplay_neuss a plunger tap on the bald head – and what can I say? It stuck perfectly! 😂

But that wasn’t the craziest moment yet:
At the entrance, a dinosaur and a frog suddenly battled it out in an epic fight! Whether it was a new Marvel crossover or just pure Comic Con madness – we loved it!
